The hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff, which was nice. The noise from the parking lot and the uncomfortable beds made it hard to relax. One morning, I even encountered a bedbug, which was quite alarming. It was a mixed experience.

Had a really comfortable time. Everything was excellant, the parking was on-site, the room was good sized and beautifully maintained. I found the hotel's location particularly good and unbeatable, right by shopping center oxxo casa de cambio, downtown and Mexico. It also was to nightlife. The exceptionally attentive stuff truly made me feel welcome.
